The Photographic Arts of Cynthia Sedgwick

The Bayview is honored to feature the photographic art of award winning photographer Cynthia Sedgwick. On her first visit to Alma last September, Cindy was spellbound by the contrasts in color and texture that make up the beaches, forests and villages of the Fundy Coast. Her pictures are featured exclusively in the Chalets and Motel. If you are looking for a unique and timeless souvenir of your vacation, framed and unframed prints and art cards are available at the office.

Fundy Biosphere Reserve News

The Bayview welcomes the news in November 2007 that Unesco has designated this area as a Unesco Biosphere Reserve. This designation will highlight the importance of the Bay of Fundy and encourage environmental awareness. (link)

Fundy Trail Parkway

The construction of Phase ll of the FUNDY TRAIL PARKWAY will link the existing parkway with Fundy National Park and create a world class coastal tourism route connecting the Reversing Falls, the caves of St. Martins, Fundy National Park and the Hopewell Rocks. Completion is due for 2010. (link)
